I'm Justine, owner & founder of Justine Campasano Events. This business was built on my true passion for the event world and a genuine love for details. Setting the stage for unforgettable moments and bringing someone's vision to life are the foundation of this company.
With over a decade of experience, I've been part of beautiful, innovative and jaw-dropping events. I started my career working for Versace, assisting with their runway shows, galas, store openings and celebrity events in the Bahamas. Later on, I worked for a corporate firm managing their multi-day conferences, black-tie evenings, private dinners and networking events around the globe.
...And that brings us to where I am today - creating and running my very own events company, where I can truly do what I love and take on clients from all areas.
Event planning is more than just the aesthetics - it's about the connection with the host. It's about listening to your unique story so I can create the very best experience for you and your guests. It's about guiding you in the right direction and inspiring you with my expertise.

Let's grab a coffee & chat! During this initial meeting, we'll discuss your vision, budget, timeline & expectations. Maybe there's something you haven't even thought of yet, or not exactly sure where to start... that's fine, too.
Not only will your event concept start to take shape here, but we'll also share with you our planning process so that we're on the same page from the very start.
Based on our consultation, you will be provided with an event proposal curated specifically for you and your needs. The proposal will consist of a design board, photos, pricing, detailed notes, new ideas + more.
Additionally, a contract and invoice will be sent over for your review which is always flexible to meet your timeline and budget.
This is where all the magic happens! The little details come to life as we start ordering supplies, securing vendors, finalizing florals, and crafting culinary elements.
We'll keep you in the loop as planning progresses with status updates and exciting sneak peeks. We love to involve our clients along the way (which can be tailored to your preferences - as much or as little as you desire.)
